Daryl, Craig and Melanie were all extremely professional, courteous and friendly. When they gave you an appointment time, they were on time – if they thought they were going to be even a few minutes late, they rang. The date they gave as the installation date was the date they were installed. When I had to ask them to delay installation due to delays I was experiencing with tradespeople they were extremely accommodating and stored the shutters for roughly two months. When they did the installation the mess associated with the shutters was nothing. My house has 75% of the rooms with shutters and I can’t tell you how happy I am with them and know I made the right decision – I love them and would happily say that to anyone in the way of reference. We are extremely thrilled with our new blinds. The soft timber glow of the cedar has added a luxurious look to the windows and looking out onto the back garden and Kentia Palms makes it look rather exotic. The pelmet over the top of the blinds sitting flush with the window opening gives a beautiful finish. An added bonus is the disappearance of the constant tapping noise the old metal Venetians made. The new timber Venetians sit nicely on the windowsill and don’t move, even in a strong breeze. I have to say that we have recently had some security doors fitted and the mess left behind was unbelievable. It was in marked contrast to the fitting by Perth Plantation Shutters. The whole operation was completed without a skerrick of sawdust, screws or damage. We have also had a light beige coloured Roman blind fitted in the window high up in the entrance hall. It has exceeded our expectations, offering plenty of light, but protecting a valuable painting in the downstairs section as well as being aesthetically pleasing because of the illusion of it being a shantung silk fabric. The more than acceptable stated time lapse between quotation and fitting was met. The friendly, efficient manner and attention to detail from our first enquiry to completion was faultless. If only other trades people were as efficient. Well done Perth Plantation Shutters. All in all, we would highly recommend Perth Plantation Shutters to anyone.
